Wade Park, a property whose history spans more than a century, started with the Wade family. They journeyed from Kentucky to Lebanon (now Frisco) in a covered wagon in 1886, and John Hickman Wade purchased a 50-acre farm in 1899 that would one day be the site for Wade Park. The land remained in the Wade family and continued to be farmed for four generations. Their blood, sweat and tears still reside in the soil.
The transition of the property from farmland to a lifestyle epicenter comes at a time when the Texas real estate economy is thriving and Frisco’s growth is off the charts. After careful consideration, the Wade family hand-picked Thomas Land & Development to be at the helm of the project due to the team’s experience, personalized service, and their commitment to honoring the land’s heritage.
